Leadership for Women in the AI Era
A 10-week applied leadership program for women who want to strengthen their judgment, understand their power, and lead change with AI as a tool, not the goal.

What the program includes
- Personal leadership assessment with written feedback
- 2 private coaching sessions with an ICF PCC coach
- 10 weeks of live online classes, January–March 2027
- Hands-on building sessions with AI, online or in Oslo
- 2 AI mentor sessions and a special guest experience
- A curated cohort of 12 women
- The Possible Stage: a final presentation of what was built

Invoiced by Be Possible to the organization. Includes the full founding journey from enrollment (November–December 2026) through The Possible Stage (March 2027).
Founding places are open until 15 December 2026.
Our guarantee
The first private coaching session is the moment to decide. If the program is not the right fit, let us know within 7 days of that session and the full fee is refunded. If the cohort does not go ahead, every payment is refunded in full.
About the facilitator
Gabriela Biscardi, MSc Psychology, ICF Professional Certified Coach (PCC). 15+ years working with leaders across Europe, Latin America and the United States, including leadership and management cohorts with 150+ directors and managers. Founder of Be Possible, based in Oslo.
